WARRANTY POLICY

All products imported by K-Trade International Co., Ltd. are warranted from the date they are purchased from own shops or distributors (date, month and year that are specified on the receipt). The warranty includes damages from manufacturing process only, excluding any damages from any misusing and actual use of the products or in case products are altered and modified or maintained incorrectly. The purchaser must declare the following evidences to claim the warranty:

• Damaged product
• Receipt with a date, month, and year of purchase (Can use a copy or a photo)
  **Only for customers who send products claiming by post. There will be a delivery fee 150 THB** 

Warranty Period

Products in each brand vary in the warranty period, which would start from the date on the receipt. In case there is no receipt (copy/photo), K-Trade will use the year that model of product is manufactured as the beginning year. The warranty period of each brand are as follows:
